Ingredients
2 Tbsp of all purpose flour ( I used Bob Red Mills Gluten-free flour)
1 Tbsp of brown sugar or cane sugar
1 Tbsp of vegan mini chocolate chips (I used the Enjoy Life brand)
1 Tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp of baking powder
1/8 tsp of sea salt
1 Tbsp of unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
3 Tbsp of almond milk
1 handful of raspberries or strawberries, washed
Directions
In a small mug or bowl mix all the dry ingredients very well with a spoon.
Add the wet ingredients to the mug and mix well.
Place in the microwave for 50 seconds.
Wash raspberries and add them on top of the cake.
