Ingredients
2 apples, sliced (optional-freeze for a couple of hours) Ambrosia or Gala taste the best
1-1 1/2 frozen bananas
1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 scoop of vegan vanilla protein
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into a glass and sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
