We all start somewhere
Remember the journey towards wellness has nothing to do with dieting or counting calories. How much damage do you think we do to our bodies each time we try a new diet? Whether it's the new fade diet, yo-you diet, restrictive diet, low carb diet, high carb diet, banana diet, Atkins diet, Keto diet, etc. No wonder your body is confused and it never gets a break, and neither do you! What if I told you I don't believe in diets or counting calories, and all I've ever done for the last 45 years of my life was to adopt a vegetarian/vegan "LIFESTYLE". I'm not saying I was ever a perfect child or teenager when I was a vegetarian, as I definitely indulged in way too much cheese and junk food. However, once I adopted a healthy vegan lifestyle in my 20's it was a game changer for me. Anyone can be an unhealthy vegan, vegetarian or meat-eater. You don't need to be a vegan or vegetarian to benefit from delicious, healthy plant-based recipes. It's important that we get our food from the earth and eat whole foods if we want to clear our minds and clean our bodies. Remember we don't get 9 lives like a cat;) we only get one body on earth. We must feed it, heal it, and love it!
