This is a delicious sweet smoothie. You can add coconut cream on top to make it taste like a milkshake.
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
½ cup frozen strawberries
2 tsp chia seeds
2 frozen bananas
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 can of coconut cream, refrigerated for a couple days (optional)
1 handful of fresh raspberries or strawberries (optional)
Directions:
Add the almond milk first and then the remaining ingredients, except the coconut cream and the fresh berries, to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses.
Open the can of refrigerated coconut cream. The top half of the coconut cream should be hard. Scoop out the top half and add to the top of the smoothies.
Add any fresh fruit on top.
Serve and enjoy!
