Romaine Salad with Dressing

Ingredients:

For salad:

1 head of romaine lettuce

½ cup red onions

1 cucumber

1 tomato

1 carrot

2 radishes

½ red pepper

½ yellow pepper

1 avocado, sliced (optional)

For dressing:

1 garlic clove, minced

2 Tbsp lemon juice

2 Tbsp olive oil

½ tsp oregano

½ tsp sea salt

Directions:

  • Wash and chop up the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.

  • Chop up the vegetables and add them to the bowl with the lettuce.

  • In a small mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the dressing and stir until well combined.

  • Add the dressing to the salad and toss well.

  • Serve and enjoy!
