Hide the little green kale monster in the smoothie. The kids will never know!
Ingredients:
1 handful of kale
1 cup frozen blueberries
3 frozen bananas
2 cups almond milk
½ scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 tsp peanut butter
Directions:
Wash the kale.
Add the kale, blueberries, frozen bananas, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, and the peanut butter to a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth.
