Ingredients:
3/4 cup buckwheat flour
3 Tbsp flax meal
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cups cocoa powder
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup walnuts
1/2 scoop Vega Chocolate sport protein powder
3/4 cup Dairy-free chocolate chips
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
2 1/2 cups almond milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix together. Add the remaining wet ingredients.
Spread the mixture in a (9x13) glass baking dish and more walnuts on top if you desire (optional).
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Check with a toothpick to see if it is cooked.
Place the brownies in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
