Vegan Raw Fudge

Ingredients:


½ cup cocoa powder

½ cup maple syrup

½ cup coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup walnuts or almonds, chopped


Directions:


⦁In a food processor or blender, blend all the above ingredients together until smooth except the walnuts/almonds.

⦁Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the chopped walnuts or almonds.

⦁In a lined baking dish, spread the mixture on parchment paper and place the dish in the freezer for 10 minutes to cool. Cut and serve!
