Ingredients
1 1/2 cups 1:1 GF Baking Flour (Bob Mills)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3/4 cup of walnuts (crushed into pieces)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
3 bananas (mashed)
1 tablespoon unsweetend almond milk
1/2 cup of smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1 egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
In a medium bowl moix all the wet ingredients.
Add all the ingredients together.
Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin .
Bake for 25 minutes and let cool.
