Banana Bread Muffins-Gluten Free


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups 1:1 GF Baking Flour (Bob Mills)

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

  • 3/4 cup of walnuts (crushed into pieces)

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 3 bananas (mashed)

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetend almond milk

  • 1/2 cup of smooth peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil

  • 1 egg


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.

  2. In a medium bowl moix all the wet ingredients.

  3. Add all the ingredients together.

  4. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin .

  5. Bake for 25 minutes and let cool.

  6. Enjoy!
