Ingredients:
Apple filling
8 medium empire apples, peeled
2 Tbsp of Gluten free flour
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice, squeezed
Crumble
1 cup of old fashioned rolled oats (I use GF Only Oats from Bulk Barn)
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of Gluten free Flour
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of sea salt or Himalayan salt
1/2 cup of Earth balance vegan butter
3/4 cup of chopped pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl put all the apple filling ingredients together and mix. Place in a 9 x 13 pan. Combine all crumble ingredients in a bowl and add the apple filling ingredients in the pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!
