Ingredients:
1 cup gluten-free quick oats
½ or ¼ cup water
1 Medjool date
1 prune
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful of raspberries
1 handful of strawberries
1 Tbsp walnuts, chopped
1 Tbsp flaxseed
1½ tsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp maple syrup
2-3 Tbsp almond milk
Directions:
In a saucepan, add the water and bring to a boil. Add the oats and turn the temperature down to medium.
After a few minutes, bring to a simmer and place a lid on top.
Remove the pits from the date and prune and cut into small pieces. Add to a bowl.
Wash the blueberries and raspberries and add to the bowl.
Add the walnuts, flaxseed and chia seeds.
When oats are well cooked, add them to the bowl of fruits and nuts and mix well.
Add maple syrup and almond milk.
Serve and enjoy!
