Ingredients:
4 large carrots, thinly sliced
4 Tbsp tahini
3 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Peel the carrots and slice them very thinly.
In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients until it becomes a thick marinade sauce.
Place the carrots and marinade into a dish and mix together.
Place the coated carrot strips on to a cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until crispy.
Serve and enjoy!
