Simple and quick to make!
You can serve guacamole with crackers, tortilla chips or on toast.
Ingredients:
2 avocados, peeled and pitted
4 Tbsp lime or lemon juice
Cherry tomatoes, sliced (optional)
Cilantro or basil, finely chopped (optional)
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sea salt
Directions:
Mash the avocados with a fork.
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend/process until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
