Ingredients
1/4 cup of traditional hummus (I use the brand "Fontaine Sante"
1/2-1 Tbsp of Dijon mustard (depending on how tart you want your dressing)
2-3 Tbsp of maple syrup (depending on how sweet you want your dressing)
1/4 lemon or orange juice, squeezed
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir or add the ingredients to a mason jar and shake the jar until all ingredients well combined. Serve on top of a tossed salad.
