Ingredients
2 bananas, mashed
1 cup Quick oats
1/4 cup Rolled oats
1/4 cup Walnuts
1/4 cup Vegan mini chocolate chips (Enjoy Life)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium size bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Next, add quick oats, rolled oats, walnuts and mini chocolate chips. Mix all the ingredients together. Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie onto a baking sheet, spaced evenly apart. Add cookie dough to a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Allow cookies to cool before serving. Enjoy!
