This recipe is made with raw cashews and veggies. I have been modifying this recipe over the years to make it just right! The last batch I made for my kids I decided to eliminate the garlic and chives. I found it to taste better without the garlic. If you like raw garlic than add 1/2-1 clove. I know there is healing properties in garlic, but I prefer my garlic sauteed or cooked. This recipe requires a food processor.
