Balsamic Bruschetta

6 Roma tomatoes

¼ cup fresh basil, finely chopped

¼ cup vegan cheese (optional)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

1 tsp olive oil

¼ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp, pepper

1 loaf French bread or 4 slices of gluten free bread


Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  • In a bowl, mix together the tomatoes, garlic, balsamtic vinegar, sea salt, and pepper.

  • On top of the toasted or french bread, add the vegan cheese and the bruschetta mixture.

  • Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

  • Top with basil.
