Vegan Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients


1 gluten-free tortilla shell

3 Tbsp of pizza sauce

Vegan Shredded cheese

1 handful of pineapple, chopped

1 handful of green olives, sliced

¼ cup bell peppers (red, orange, yellow), chopped

1 handful spinach or kale

1½ tsp olive oil


Directions


In a frying pan warm the olive oil on medium heat.

Add the tortilla shell in the pan and spread the pizza sauce on top.

Next, add the veggies, pineapple and spinach/kale.

Add the shredded cheese on top and cook for a few minutes until cheese has melted.

Next, fold the tortilla shell in half and cook for 1 more minute on each side or until the tortilla shell appears golden in colour. Serve & Enjoy!
