Ingredients:
8 large Russet potatoes or sweet potatoes
2 tsp vegetable seasoning
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp dill
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
Wash the potatoes. Leave the skin on the potatoes and cut them vertically.
Put the potatoes in a large bowl and add the seasoning, olive oil, dill, sea salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the potatoes are coated with seasoning and oil.
Place the potatoes in an Air Fryer for 25 minutes. If you like your French Fries more crispy you can blanch them first.
Blanch: Bring the water and salt to a boil over medium-high heat in a large pot. Add the potatoes and cook for 2 minutes. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare a large bowl of ice water. Use tongs or a slotted spoon to immediately move the blanched potatoes to the ice water bath. Then, add them to the Air Fryer for 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool and serve.
