Tahini Sauce

Ingredients


¼ cup tahini

¼ cup water

½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar

1½ Tbsp maple syrup

2 Tbsp lemon juice

1 small garlic clove, crushed

¼ tsp sea salt

⅛ tsp pepper


Directions


In a high-speed blender or food processor add all the ingredients except only 1/2 of the water. Next, blend while adding the remaining water until it has the right consistency.
